Jason has over three decades of industry experience and has been an integral part of shaping Deloitte’s recent 2023 Supplier Study and key offerings around self-funded application modernization and broader enterprise transformations tied to electrification. He is based out of Detroit.
Raj Iyer
Raj Iyer is a managing director within Deloitte’s M&A and Restructuring practice. With over 20 years of combined industry and consulting experience, Raj focuses on the automotive and industrial products sector. He has led and delivered many complex cross-border transactions, joint ventures, and has deep experience in serial transactions, carve-outs and operating model restructuring. He is based out of Detroit.
