Money can be thought of as a scoreboard in life.

The guy cruising around in his Ferrari and the lady pulling into her fenced-in estate can be thought of as”winning.” They likely decided that wealth was something that they wanted to pursue, and they were successful.

When thought of that way, wealth is a clear indicator of who is winning and who isn’t.

But how do you compare the wealthy CEO to a stay at home mom or the freelancer who does what he loves for a living?

Money certainly can’t be the only indicator.

Scoreboards don’t make much sense when the two teams aren’t playing the same game.
