A life of fitness

What’s a life centered around fitness?

It probably leads to a healthy body, probably some joy from the process of exercising and tracking progress as well.

But can it be complete?

A fixation on fitness doesn’t seem to make sense. Rather, fitness should be a secondary part of our life – necessary, and definitely part of our decision making, but not the center point.

We don’t live to be fit. We’re fit so that we can live a longer, better life.

Fitness is just one of many examples that fit into the above framework. It’s good to take on important things in our life, but it’s equally important to keep things in perspective.
